Exchange Policy
Our commitment to quality includes a fair and transparent exchange process.
No returns or refunds are offered.
Exchange is allowed only if a defective product is received.
The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with packaging and invoice.
After inspection and approval, the defective item will be exchanged with the same product.
If the same product is unavailable, an alternative item of equal value or store credit will be offered.
What Qualifies as a Defect
- Manufacturing defects
- Faulty stitching or finishing
- Color defects beyond normal leather variation
- Structural issues present at the time of delivery
What Is Not Considered a Defect
- Natural leather marks, grain variations, or texture differences
- Normal creases, patina, or aging of leather
- Damage caused by misuse, water exposure, or improper care
- Wear and tear after use
Leather Warranty (6 Months)
All Leather Town products come with a 6-month warranty covering:
- Manufacturing defects
- Unusual color fading under normal use
- Stitching or finishing faults not caused by misuse
Warranty does not cover:
- Natural leather grain and aging
- Accidental damage or negligence
- Improper storage or cleaning
How to Request an Exchange or Warranty Claim

- Clear images or video of the defect
